My name is Ciara, the founder of CRP Bookkeeping. I started this company after I started handling the books for my husband’s business, and it just clicked. What started as helping out turned into something I genuinely enjoy doing, and I haven’t looked back since.

  • No. All services are provided 100% remotely.

  • I work exclusively in QuickBooks Online and can either work within your existing account or help you get set up from scratch.

  • I work with small business owners, freelancers, and self-employed individuals across a variety of industries. If you’re not sure you’re a good fit, feel free to reach out and ask.

  • Absolutely. I offer catch-up and clean-up services to get your books current and organized, even if you’re months (or years) behind.

  • I don’t prepare or file taxes, but I make sure your books are clean and ready for your tax professional

  • I do not currently handle payroll.

  • You can grant me view only access to your accounts so I can pull your statements monthly or you can email me your statements monthly or you can upload them to a secured google drive that only you and I can see.

  • I will be working on your books each week and will send you an email once a week if there are any transactions I am unsure of how to categorize. Some weeks there may be no transactions that I am unsure of so you won’t receive an email.

    I will also send you an email monthly with your updated financial reports.

    You will also have unlimited email support and I always try to respond within 24 hours!

  • No long-term contracts required. Services are billed monthly, and you can cancel anytime with proper notice.

  • Pricing is based on the size and complexity of your business.

    We will set up recurring payments for the 1st of each month and you will have the option to pay with a credit or debit card or ACH payments.

  • The first step to getting started is to set up a call. We’ll talk about your business, your goals, and the level of support you need.
